What we collect
When you contact sales, we collect the information you enter:
- Name, email and company
- Optional context you choose to add: job title, industry, approximate monthly claims volume, current claims system and a short description of your challenge
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional company and your message. Messages are always kept, even if you have contacted us before.
To protect the forms from abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser user agent, and we keep campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) or the referring site if present.
Website measurement
We measure how the website is used with our own, first-party events: page views, clicks on calls to action, use of the product walkthrough and form steps. These events are linked to a random session identifier kept in your browser for the current session only. We don't use advertising cookies, and we never include your name, email or messages in these events. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't record them.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, understand your claims workflow, arrange a conversation with our sales team and improve this website. New requests are forwarded to our team by email or a team messaging tool so someone can reply. We do not sell your information.
Product walkthrough
The interactive walkthrough on this website runs in your browser with sample data. Nothing you type into it is sent to our servers.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted through the contact form. Choose “Privacy or data request” so it reaches the right person.
